An afternoon tea experience with a difference. I will give you a glimpse of what Gregynog Hall was like in the interwar years living with the Davies Sisters; Gwendoline and Margaret. The experience will start with readings from letters written between Gwen and TJ Jones sourced from the National Library of Wales outlining the plans for Gregynog and their frustrations.
A provisional date has been set for April 15th 2027 as a launch for this event. Afternoon tea will be served on period china and you will be able to listen to snippets of the music that was played at the Music Festivals. Your ticket includes access to the gardens before and after the event.
The paintings at the National Museum in Cardiff are from the collection at Gregynog Hall, purchased by the sisters and hung in the hall.
A link to a booking site will be uploaded when ready.
